Terms of use
Short terms for this merchandising storefront. They apply in Canada and the United States. This is not legal advice.
The shop
- Stealth Branded sells custom branded merchandise to businesses. It is not a rewards, points, or cash-back program.
- Artwork you upload must be yours to use. You are responsible for trademark and copyright on the mark.
Your account
- One person per login. Use your own work email. Shared desks (info@, dispatch@) cannot sign in.
- You are responsible for your password. Tell us if you think someone else used your account.
Prices and tax
- Prices are CAD. GST/HST and provincial tax may apply at checkout.
- Quantity breaks are shown on the product. Quotes supersede the on-site unit price for that job.
- We can correct obvious errors (wrong price, duplicate charge) and will say so on the order.
Orders, proofs, and shipping
- Placing an order is an offer. Decorated items need an approved proof before production.
- We may cancel if the supplier cannot fill it. We refund the original payment.
- One order may arrive as more than one parcel. Tracking appears on the invoice when it ships.
Returns
- Custom decorated goods are final sale except where the law requires otherwise (damaged, not as described, or never arrives).
- Open Chat on the invoice for those cases.
Privacy and use
- We use your name, email, address, company, artwork, and order history to run the shop. We do not sell your list.
- Do not scrape the catalog or resell our blanks as a competing storefront.
Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. If you shop from the United States, protections that US law says you cannot waive still apply to you.
- We may update these terms. The current version is on this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new version.
